This Payment and Refund Policy outlines the terms related to membership payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds for Business Mums of Essex. By purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms.

1. Membership Payments

  1. Subscription Model: Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis and will automatically renew unless cancelled.

  2. Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. By providing your payment details, you authorise us to charge the membership fee on the billing cycle you have chosen.

  3. Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may attempt to process it again. If the payment fails again, access to membership benefits may be suspended until payment is successfully made.
     

2. Auto-Renewals and Cancellations

  1. Auto-Renewal: Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You will be charged the applicable membership fee unless you cancel before the renewal date.

  2. Cancellation: Members can cancel their subscription at any time through their member area on the Website. Once cancelled, no further payments will be taken, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

  3. No Partial Refunds: Cancelling your membership does not result in a refund for any unused portion of your subscription. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
     

3. Refund Policy

  1. No Refunds: Due to the immediate access members receive to online resources, forums, and networking opportunities, we do not offer refunds for membership fees, including for cancellations partway through a billing cycle.

  2. Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds will only be considered in cases of billing errors or duplicate charges. If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us at businessmumsofessex@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge.
     

4. Changes to Membership Fees

  1. Fee Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify membership fees. Any price changes will be communicated in advance, and current members will be given the option to cancel before the new pricing takes effect.
