Founded by Amy, a first-time mum and owner of Spade Marketing, and Frankie, a mum of two and owner of The Organised Desk, BME was born out of the realisation that balancing motherhood and running a business can be a struggle—especially with the constant barrier of childcare when trying to attend traditional networking events.

As mums who started their businesses during maternity leave, Amy and Frankie wanted to create a space where others could connect and grow without the pressure of leaving their kids behind.
